Abstract
In order to realize the development, new high-tech firms must find financial support from external organization and venture capital is one way for this purpose. Based on social capital theory, this paper investigates the effect of network capability on entrepreneurial financing by using 368 valid samples of Chinese high-tech firms, and the results show that network capability can facilitate the entrepreneurial financing of the firm. Finally limitations and future research directions are discussed.
