Abstract :
In this paper the joint scheme of SC-FDE (single carrier frequency domain equalization) and Turbo codes to avoid ISI in wideband wireless communication is studied. The soft information calculating module is described in detail, which is added between the output of SC-FDE and the input of Turbo codes decoder and improves the system through the more veracity of information into the SISO decoder of turbo codes. The numerical simulation results show that a combination and application of SC-FDE and Turbo codes in wideband wireless communication can realize more reliable transmission.
