Abstract :
E-government as a subsection of e-government influenced in organizations for enhancing the service delivery to citizens, businesses, and other governments. Therefore, it is critical for organizations to assess their investigations in e-government development for improvement of their future plans. In this paper, the required criteria are extracted with a modified BSC framework and performance evaluation is done by fuzzy ranking method.
