After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the increasing of Internet application scope, computer net-assisted teaching is becoming a focus of current educational reform, online examination system because of its easy to use, time-intensive, forms and other features has more attention. This paper describes the development of a common examination system, including the design of the several major functional modules such as system management, test question base management, online test and performance management, analyzes the main flows of the system implementation process, and carries out functional, structural analysis and design of each module.
