Abstract :
The inner decoration mold of automobile ceiling is a kind of larger part. Due to complex space surface and strict border size, it is difficult to manufacture this kind complicated mold with conventional methods. With the maturity and development of reverse engineering, this technology has been introduced into the production manufacture field. Using the basic principles of reverse engineering and computer science, The researches and exploitations of the inner decoration mold of automobile ceiling are completed successfully. It shows that the reverse engineering technology is reliable and feasible once again.
