Abstract :
The paper applies virtual instrument technology to develop the testing equipment and host computer software possessing general function. In the application instance, making fresh air unit of the air conditioning as the testing object. The testing equipment and host computer software cover the physical quantity and parameter required to be tested during the testing procedure. This equipment achieves the signal acquisition, analysis of data and processing through the effective combine of various components. Then, the general testing equipment and the hardware equipment are attached, and debug the software and hardware system to examine the over-all property of package unit of the project. Finally, based on the system level, “priority humidity control” fresh air unit of air conditioning model through the use of proportional-integral control that have a better control performance, thus achieve when load in the indoor or outdoor parameter range fluctuates frequently and largely, the static bias of humidity controlled will be ensured within a certain permitted purposes, and therefore simplify the control system to improve the overall stability of the air conditioning.
