This paper focuses on how to recognize the process reasonably under existing circumstance in multi style and small batch garment production line, and finds the optimum one among these different combinations, then the most reasonable Pitch time is calculated, and finally the appropriate number of workers is also determined. Its purpose is to make best of the garment production line and improve the utilizing efficiency of time, labor and equipment so as to finish the multi-style garment order in regulated time.
