  • Abstract
In modern design on industry robots, the design methods of embedded system based on the model can be adopted to design the control system of the robot. After total design project of industry robot has been achieved, “fisher creativity combination model” is used to put together into robot model, and then LLWIN (Lucky Logics for Windows) function blocks language is used to program to control the robot. This paper discusses how to assemble industry mobile robot and design drive mechanism, fringe detector control system and the methods of dealing with the dead spot. These will do more help to design the practical mobile robot.
