In this paper, a analytical method for calculating cold pressure of materials in isothermal condition from ultrasonic data without the assumption on Born-Mayer potential is proposed. Using this method in the different isothermal equations of state (EOS), the 0K revised formula for Murnaghan, Birch-Murnaghan and Vinet isothermal equations of state are also obtained, and the results for three metals including Al, Cu and Ag are given. Compared with experimental data converted to zero temperature, it is good consistent between calculated results from Vinet´s equation of state and experimental data, the results are discussed.
