After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the rapid development of network economy, more and more enterprises realize e-commerce transactions through the network platform which brings with higher productivity, lower operating costs, better service and more business opportunities. B2B e-commerce, namely, business to business e-commerce (Business to Business, referred to as B to B or B2B), which through the Internet or private network to carry out e-commerce activities. B2B transactions involving a wide range, large amount so that the focus of e-commerce.
