After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper argues that ERP is the source of competitive advantage, corporate performance is the result of competitive advantage, competitive advantage is the superior state than other enterprises in the industry, is the middle variable of the enterprise resources and the performance, therefore, this paper establish a basic model of the relationship between resource, competitive advantage and performance, creatively integrated the three into a model, in this based establishing the refined model, followed by structural equation model, with the target of garment manufacturers in Quangzhou, verified the the relationship between three, draw four important conclusions, and further think that the best stock of corporate resources is not most, but the moderate combination of stock based on a certain enterprise resource is the best.
