Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

CNC machine tools which were used with high-speed and special tongs to solve problem of difficultly machining 276×160mm sapphire by mechanical lap. Including choice of abrasive tools and cutting-tool, special tongs that was designed and made intentionally, as well as sapphire lens processing technology design. A series of processing experiments, yield tests and the method of ANVOA (analysis of variance) were described in this paper. A set of complete CNC machining technics for sapphire lens was also given.
