In order to improve the handling stability of the vehicle, many unsymmetrical rubber bushing are carried into the connection between suspension and vehicle body. Compared with the traditional rubber bushing, the unsymmetrical rubber bushing can make suspension acquire reasonable characteristics by not only changing its material attribute, but also adjusting the fixing orientation. The universal and adaptive of rubber bushing are advanced. The model of unsymmetrical rubber bushing is established and carried to analyze its influence on Suspension Characteristics by simulation. The results can provide valuable advice for matching suspension characteristic in reasonable way.
