Abstract :
With the development of society, people need more and more image information. Image information is a vivid description of objective things, is the most intuitive and specific information expression, and is an important information carrier, so it is being widely attended. In these one of the most important application areas is image monitoring. This paper mainly completed the compile of the image monitoring driver and operating system based on Win CE. In the driver it mainly completed the I/O ports, serial and USB camera drive.
