B2B electronic marketplaces enable businesses to do a best deal on what they need. But unfortunately some B2B e-markets failed because they couldn´t satisfy their client´s expectations. Especially sellers are not willing to participate in an e-market because of the pressure of competition in electronic trade world. So, for preventing sellers to leave e-market and analysis their situation, we considered a seller center B2B electronic market. Using game theory approaches is a way for analyzing markets. So, this method is used here. Profit and cost for both form of game -cooperative and non-cooperative- are calculated and compared based on a case. The result shows the best situation for sellers and how they can make more profit.
