Abstract
Spread of mobile penetration technologies and location independence of this tool has caused to increase the demand for mobile applications. Governments attempt to implement m-government and their applications to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided for citizens significantly. in many countries M-government implementation is in its infancy.. only one model is presented for M- government, Although there are many maturity models for e-government.. This article investigates the similarity and distinction between mobile government and e-government, and also reviews and analyzes 9 maturity models by means of Meta-synthesis method. The proposed M- government maturity model is composed of 6 stages: Presence and disseminate information, Interaction, Transaction, Vertical & Horizontal integration, Portal & Personalization, Electronic participation. The main technologies which are used in each stage are summarized.
