Abstract
Applying the Fourier transformation to consider the dynamic characteristics of the high voltage dividers for the non-periodic standard voltage impulse waveforms in corresponding frequency range with a given error. From this, the effective frequency spectrum of the above typical impulse waveforms were found and the fast calculating formula for the effective frequency spectrum of measuring equipments of these impulse waveforms with more precise than the announced magazine were suggested.
