Abstract :
To investigate the spatial correlation between each array UWB antenna, there is the initiation of a new computation technique for considering the spatial correlation coefficients at each time bin, based on data captured by UWB uniform linear arrays. Previously, the spatial cluster model based on the uniform distribution of angle-of-arrival was defined for general arrival multipath components. However, considering for UWB multipath components, it is assumed that various independent UWB multipath signals arrive at the array within ±Δ of the reference azimuth AOA with the Laplacian distribution of AOA probability density function. Thus the spatial cluster model for uniform linear arrays regarding Laplacian distribution of incoming AOAs is derived and presented in this paper.
