  • Abstract
    Weather forecasting is complicated system engineering. History meteorological data play importance role in weather forecasting. This paper proposes a solution to design and construct history meteorological data multi-dimension analysis system based on dimension modeling technique. It discusses the implementation of meteorological fact constellations, which provides an effective solution for history meteorological application.
