Abstract :
In this paper, a model was built using visual.studio.net.2005 to represent the relationship between Perms and different aspects of the cushion, such as cell radius, cell number, cell height, outlet number, outlet diameter, material elasticity as well as driver´s weight of the seated area. By analyzing these varied relations, each parameter´s effect on comfort performance was determined according to the theory: when Perms decreases comfort performance will increase.
