Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

For implementing the online fault diagnose for the chemical product development process, based on web service technology, a fault diagnose service is proposed by encapsulating the developed expert system on G2 platform. The service can get real-time data from winCC control platform and execute fault diagnose. Finally the practicability and validity of the fault diagnose service is verified through the application in the product development process on MicroPlant.
