Abstract :
Today there is no single integral system that allow automating the process of estimation of environment pollution with noise generated by transport flows and in case if it exceeds permitted levels for this type of urban areas to determine sizes of noise barriers to maintain sound-level within the limits of existing norms. Therefore there is a task to develop such integral system.
