Abstract :
Managing the process of transferring business activities to a global network requires the development and implementation of proper strategy. The aim of the paper is to analyze the problem of financial appraisal of e-business strategy development. The compound real options method was introduced and proposed as method for evaluation. The advantages and disadvantages of this approach were presented.
