Abstract :
We present results from the Semiconductor-Laser Tracking Frequency distance Gauge having Allan deviation of 5 pm. The simple and rugged SL-TFG will achieve sub-pm accuracy. It is required for space-based astronomical instruments and gravitational experiments.
