Abstract :
Laser oscillation of Nd3+-doped photo-thermo-refractive glass (Nd:PTR) were examined for the first time. We confirmed that laser efficiency of Nd:PTR is stable even with wavelength shift of pump source due to its wide absorption bandwidth.
