Abstract :
Type-I TMw→TM2w phase-matching in isotropic [001]-grown AlGaAs Bragg reflection waveguide is reported. This nonlinear process coexists with type-I TEw→TM2w and type-II TEw+TMw→TM2w interactions within a spectral window of 17 nm.
