Abstract
Two types of integrated polarization converters for mid-infrared operation were designed and fabricated, utilizing Ti-diffused LiNbO3 waveguides. Narrowband and broadband converters with maximum conversion efficiencies of 79% and 92% at 2 microns are demonstrated.
