Abstract :
The application of spectroscopic techniques in optical biosensing is investigated to realize in situ monitoring of the changes in the optical properties of biomaterials with high sensitivity. In this study, high-resolution optical reflectometry is demonstrated to be an effective approach to measure the dynamic changes in the refractive index of the targeted material. The technique can provide important information for real-time measurement or quality control of different biomaterials.
