Abstract
More customers are now communicating via cellular phones in indoor environments. In such a situation, the terminals frequently remain static while being used. In static usage, the mobile terminal (MT) itself doesn´t move, but the environment around it changes due to moving obstacles such as people. In order to evaluate the QoS of such terminals, a channel model that takes account of stationary usage is required. We proposed a dynamic channel model for static terminals used in indoor environments. This paper analyzes the power spectrum of proposed model in order to easily generate the channel variation and to propose a simple formula for the power spectrum.
