Abstract :
An aperiodic constrained active lens generating a multiple spot contiguous beams coverage is presented. The antenna is optimized in terms of number of elements, dimensions and weight, and power amplifiers efficiency. This type of antenna may represent an interesting solution based on a single aperture in order to replace traditional onboard antennas based on multi reflector dishes.
