Studies on websites reliability

this paper presents a new way to improve the E-commerce websites quality based on dot net techniques. To realize electronic websites´ prompt responsibility and easy maneuverability, this paper discusses the optimal design from the global layer to the sub layers respectively. At the end of this article, this paper gives some practical advices to the websites compilers to improve the responsibility.
