Abstract :
In this paper, the concept and characteristics of wireless sensor networks are introduced, and the design of a meter reading system based on ZigBee wireless network communication technology is discussed. The strategy of wireless network meter reading system is proposed by using ZigBee into automaticmeter reading system. And a radio frequency(RF) chip CC2430 based on ZigBee technology is presented in order to construct a wide range of wireless sensor network(WSN).
