Abstract :
In the process of light solidification, the solidified distortion of photopolymer resin is a vital control factor for affecting the accuracy of the shape and dimension of parts. This article studies the rule between the distortion and the technology parameters including illumination power, distance and time via experiment. A series of reasonable parameters is determined with the hybrid optimization method of orthogonal experiment, Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm, which can make the solidified distortion of photopolymer resin least and further perfect the traditional solidification experimental model.
