Abstract
This paper deals with question whether mechatronics is only privilege of the industry or if it is possible to find its commodities in an ordinary household. As a sample comparison of the older and nowadays players and sound recorders and theirs accessories was chosen. A Digital portable sound recorder Zoom H4 was tested to be able to say whether it do help to user or doesn´t.
