Abstract
This article describes the principles of tests designed to serial tightening screw connections in the mass production of low-voltage electronics. Primarily ensure minimum deviation from the preset torque. Requirement is that the bolt connection will be always tightened the required torque, which ranges units Ncm. The tests are aimed at tightening electric hand tools, and influence the quality of tightened joints. These tools have a potentially large impact human factor, which also the article deals with.
