  • Abstract
    Architecture of distributed numerical control (NC) system based on field-bus is discussed in the paper for solving the problems in robustness and openness coming from the current integration-design method of NC system. The basic framework of system, nodding model, expanding structure are proposed in this paper, followed by a case study, so to explore solutions to improve functions and openness of complex NC systems.
