  • Abstract
    ERP project post evaluation EAIU (Evaluate Analyze Improve Upgrade) cycling model were demonstrated in this thesis. ERP project success degree evaluation system was designed. The result of ERP project success degree evaluation could be obtained through Delphi weight establishment method and comprehensive multi-level fuzzy evaluation. Second, data Envelopment Analysis was used to analyze ERP post evaluation. Enterprise Resource Planning project post evaluation Data Envelopment Analysis Model was developed to judge whether the ERP project was DEA effective or not. At last, through the contrastive analysis of radar charts, the result of evaluation looks compact.
