Abstract :
We consider a solution proposed for solving the fixed demand user optimized network equilibrium problem with asymmetric user costs. We give a solution algorithm for the Jacobian matrix of the costs c is asymmetry which is equal to the user optimal one with a special cost c̅ = c + π whose Jacobian matrix is symmetry and at last we give solution algorithm analysis , derive estimates on the speed of convergence of the algorithm.
