Abstract
In clinical diagnosis areas, some diseases are confirmed by testing the value of antigen content in human blood, and many automated equipments have been widely used in this areas. In this paper, a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer based on Principle of CLIA was developed, which make use of contact plus sampling technique for dispensing sample and immunomagnetic separation technology to remove excessive fluorescence. Benefiting from the built-in program and a PMT photomultiplier tube, the system can receive the photons automatically and converted to content information of the testing substance. Firstly, the working principle and system construction was introduced in detail. Secondly, the key modules were introduced about their function, mechanism and working process. Finally, experiment results were presented with different dispensing volumes, and the results validated that the analyzer was met the application of clinical testing.
