Abstract :
This paper proposed an improved APC-III algorithm to determine RBFNN’s hidden-layer structure. The improved algorithm obtained different radial basis width, less hidden-layer node number. We constructed RBFNN with the improved algorithm that got hidden-layer structure. And two nonlinear system´s model simulations were carried on with the RBFNN. The simulation result indicated that its structure is simple and generalization performance produced RBFNN by improved algorithm is better than the original algorithm.
