Abstract
Nowdays relational embeddedness becomes an important factor to acquire firm´s performance improvement, but the influence path is a question at issue. On the basis of previous studies, this paper proposes a research model, in which manufacturer-supplier collaboration firstly mediates the relationship of relational embeddedness and buyer performance improvement. The authors develop variable measurement scales through literature review and adapt them to Chinese culture and economic situations. This paper advances our knowledge on embeddedness theory and supply chain management.
