Abstract :
The proposed intelligent auto-leveling controller for carding machine in this paper adopts hybrid ring design which sets two measuring points in feeding entrance and exit. It has realized open-loop control after machine and closed loop control before machine. The two loops are connected by using intelligent control algorithm based on fuzzy control. This system has fast response and small static error, and it improves greatly the card sliver weight unevenness and weight deviation.
