Abstract :
The concept of customer relationship management (CRM) is introduced into university employment management system (UEMS) which is classified into two subsystems, namely, university employment guidance system (UEGS) and university graduates feedback system (UGFS). The theoretical models for these two subsystems are constructed and the systematic functions are analyzed to provide useful reference for the application of CRM in university employment system.
