Abstract :
For obtaining reasonable auto dashboard cover injection plastic workpiece, model thickness, taper situation are checked by Pro/E MOLDESIGN, mold deformation parting surface, core and cavity, gating system, cooling system are designed and simulated, open mold and interference simulation are also checked, mold flowing is analysised using Plastic Advisor software. Through many times correction, suitable moulds can be gotten finally, thus the qualified products can be deformed.
