China education-economy system was analyzed by traditional region economic theory and complex social economic theory. The econometric equation of system elements interaction was built based on the Cobb-Douglas production function. The simulation model of China education-economy system was built by combining econometrics and system dynamics methods. The comparison with historical data proved the correctness of the model. The simulation indicates that China education-economy system develops steadily in the next 10 years.
