  • Abstract
    Based on the principle of acoustic emission, piezoelectric sensor is used in valve leakage signal acquisition. After signal conditioning module for acquisition of the original signal, filtering and amplification would be done. On this basis, using DSP TMS320LF2407 as the core of the micro-control system to achieve signal acquisition, signal filtering and processing functions, as well as communication with the host computer by RS-485 bus. The valve leak detection system design and development is realized, which come up with a great help for the safe operation of the tunnel, be conducive to testing and maintenance of the valve, moreover reduce the operator workload.
