Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The paper, based on analyzing the features of basic course in university, presents some principles which should be held in the teaching process. The principles are enhancing the leading position of teacher, pursuing the highest level of skilled teaching and emphasizing the accuracy and the artistic style of teaching etc. The principles have the guidance significances for improving teaching quality of basic courses.
