Abstract

This paper took the demand for the talents of contemporary society as a starting point, and combining the characteristics of Education Technology, it proposed a new Education Technology training mode under the background of education reform which took the HS-CDIO as the philosophy, design of project as the carrier and learning of project as the method. The new training mode can dramatically improve students´ practical abilities, team awareness and innovation abilities, and make them feel more self-confident in the fierce competition in the community.
