With the realistic scenario of globalization, many countries show a kind of cultural selection and cultural changes as well as the cultural characteristics of the times, presenting a modern adaptation of globalization and the new features. As a cultural phenomenon, the traditional sports are the main content of the human spiritual civilization since ancient times. Sports conceive culture, but also promote the progress of culture. Emergence and development of the Traditional Ethnic Minority Sports are a long historical process. The culture change and the development of the traditional ethnic minority sports always run through the long historical process. With the historical development of the Ethnic Minorities, religion, population, migration and the improvement of productivity, some traditional sports gradually disappear. This paper reveals the Minority Traditional Sports Culture and Xinjiang in the material culture of Traditional Sports , institutional and cultural spirit as well as cultural aspects of cultural change in accordance with the ethnology, anthropology, sociology and other related sports humanistic theories and methods though the Minority by history and cultural studies.
