Abstract :
In the present paper, we evaluate the accuracy of a web server access operation. The application of a diffusion approximation technique enables us to obtain an explicit formula for the mean delay time. We present numerical examples and evaluate the accuracy of the proposed method through simulations and comparisons with previously reported approximation results.
